Our Story…

Our organization was founded on the basis of Fitness, Health and Wellness. Activ R Us, a community inspired platform which provides health and physical education, guidance, resources, and all-inclusive programming to encourage active and healthy lifestyles, promote positive habits, advocate for mental health, social & emotional wellness, leadership & mentorship, disability/special needs awareness—and encourage productivity and general well-being.

Using a holistic approach to wellness, which stipulates that wellness is not just the physical component to wellbeing but also the mental (psychological), social and emotional attributes as well. Combined with others to form the 8 pillars of wellness (see our blog for more info)

We believe in the quality of programming, and the impact it would have in the growth and development of every individual, as well as our community at large. Hence our programs are structured to be all inclusive and tailored not just for the middle to high-net-worth families/communities, but also for the low-income families/communities (including new commers) at risk or in greater need. Thereby increasing the quality of life. 

Activ R Us puts a lot of emphasis on Youth development for the Youth are our future! Their only limitation should be their imagination! Breaking boundaries and racial barriers to provide all-inclusive programming. For educational and developmental purposes.

Activ R Us is a huge advocate for mental health, raising awareness and demonstrating the relevance of physical activity and its direct impact on mental health. Mental health is not only the avoidance of serious mental illness. Your mental health is affected by numerous factors from your daily life, including the stress of balancing work or school with your health and relationships. Evidence has consistently shown that physical activity is positively associated with increased mental well-being and is also a powerful medicine for many common mental health challenges.

Our team of passionate, licensed, and dedicated professionals would work with you hand-in-glove to achieve your various individual & collective goals. Creating the best environments for learning and development.

Our Vision

Our vision; to enlighten, inspire, inform and guide individuals/families/institutions to living better lifestyles and being the best versions of themselves. By developing and implementing effective physical, social and developmental programs for the youth, adults and seniors. Our goal is to create positive and personal differences in the lives of the community so they can achieve productive lifestyles, live with healthy habits and maintain peaceful attitudes toward themselves and others. We strive to institute the full understanding on the 8 Pillars of Wellness (Circle of Wellness), which stipulates that wellness embodies not just our physical well-being but also social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual.

Our Impact

Since the creation of our organization, our team of professionals have been able to make some serious strides. From local communities to schools and other institutions, from youth to the elderly, we have been able to create a change for the better. Improving awareness, knowledge, skills, as well as providing guidance and support through our various platforms. Our impact falls mostly on the Youth. Promoting healthy and positive behaviors in and out of their learning environment, which shall be carried and transitioned through out their lives. We are forging young men and women, as well as leaders of tomorrow. Our impact also reaches adults and seniors, prompting them to gain positive experiences, attain productive lifestyles and live with healthy habits.
